I have no idea how I got it but help me make sense of it and tell me what to do for it

I do not know the name of the sore, but I have had them in the past. I get them on the side of the tongue sometimes on the top and under the tongue too. It sometimes bleed and hurt. I have been brushing my teeth with peroxide and baking soda toothpaste. Like Arm and Hammer puts out. Since using this toothpaste I have had better results. I heard from on doctor that the ulcers are caused by acid that comes up from the stomach. The baking soda and peroxide sanatize the mouth.
