White, round pill with two scores making four sections on one side and the numbers 224 on above the numbers 3850 on the other side.

I'm pretty sure it's just some form of aspirin or acetaminophen or ibuprofen. It has no numbers or letters. It's round and white.

found it want to kno what it is... also found small round white pills also with n 773 on it the other side is blank
