Ambien - what is the best method to decrease the dosage, to stop taking it?
29 Sep 2011
Hi mathematics. The safest, and easiest way, would be to taper. Whatever your dose might be, cut it down a bit, then progress from there, untill you find that you no longer taking it. One major side effect is of course that you'll most probably notice that as far as sleep is concerned, you'll be doing it less. your body will have to restart/reboot itself, in as much as sleep is concerned. And, then, how long you've been taking it, will also be another reason or factor when it comes to sleeping. best to you.
