Yes and there is a very good mouth rinse called Biotene that is available over the counter at most drug stores and mass retail stores. It does NOT contain alcohol and was developed to help people with mouth and tongue sores who take chemo or medcine that causes dry mouth. They also make a toothpaste that does the same thing and it is found either with the toothpast or mouthwashes. It helps put the natural enzymes back in your mouth that help heal and prevent mouth sores.
