Tetrabenazine - I have heard that the Xenazine is over $2000 per month... ouch. Does anyone have?

I just recently started taking this for general dystonia... I am hoping it will work quite a bit so that I am able to get off some of the other meds I am on.
I hope to high heaven it is not that costly... however my neurologist did inform me of a program called REACH. If you go to that website and fill out the info they will help with the cost of the medicine.

I have not taken the drug but understand that it is used for Hunington's Disease? My father had that and other medical issues when he passed away. There was never any medications that were offered by his physicians and not I see this medication and the cost. I was just curious is anyone uses it and if the costs remain high?
