... and now this year he did 2 more. So he has done 5 in amount. Now that he did the fifth he has some swelling in his butt. He has been putti some ice in that place.
Can you pls give me some advice about what should i do?

It is common to develop some of the following mild side effects, which usually last only a few days:
Body aches
Chills
Fever
Headache
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea
Rash
Redness or swelling at the injection site
Soreness at the injection site
Continue to use ice and give pain relief eg acetominophen every 4 hours for the next day or so.
If you are still concerned talk to your doctor.
