What milligrams does carbamazepine come in?

In the Tegretol brand carbamazepine comes in 100mg and 200mg tablets and in a suspension 100mg in 5ml.
Tegretol XR comes in 100mg, 200mg and 400mg tablets.
With other brands carbamazepine comes in 100mg, 200mg, 300mg and 400mg tablets (immediate release and extended release) and as 100mg/5ml suspension.
