I was doing fine on four capsules, I added one more to a total of five and my hdl dropped to 14, then a week later 4. my cholesterol rose from 180 to 380 then to 800. I dropped to 3 capsules to give everything a chance to normalize.
Why such a drastic change from 4 to 5 capsules?
