I've been taking Norco 10/3.25 for extreme neck, back, knee pain, injuries for years--can take up to 5-6 per day. Is this now too much aceminophen? If so what would be comparable to Norco?

Been taking Norco 10/3.25 for 4 years for extreme neck, back, knee, etc. pain. Norco is not effective anymore--need replacement.

Hi Carly! I wanted to add that you are able to take up to 4,000mg of tylenol a day spaced, not at once, but even at the dose your at by taking it every day can damage your liver in time. Also wanted to mention when you see your doctor ask him/her about milk thistle. It is an herb that promotes healthy liver function. Good luck and hope all goes well for you. pamee
