Is it a good idea to take sleeping pills at all? I can't sleep, and this medcine makes me shaky and hyper, I don't know if it would confuse my body or not. And I've always been a little skeptical on taking sleeping pills.

i would not take sleeping pills especially due to the use of a Bronchodialator. the albuterol is for breathing issues, i can only assume. sleeping pills drowse even your subconscious mind therefore if you have a breathing issue while asleep it will be harder to awake.
It's more like both at this point. I got sick, and I have a congested chest, and runny nose, and wheezing, and have lots of phlem when I cough. Now for some reason when I lie down the center of my chest feels heavy, like it's full of something, and it's an irritating feeling.
i know what you mean what got got rid of mine using yhe inhaler in conjunction with clarithromycin. it took 2 months to get rid of mine.
oh and the chest thing may be costochondritis it feels like everything is drawn to the center of your chest and some times feels similar to a crick in your neck.

ok isee you either have bronchitis or pneumonia.
