Am 64 years old and am taking more than my 92 mother and 93 father. Should I talk to my doctor about this?
Taking 25 mg twice daily of carvedilol. Should I be taking a diuretic as well?

By all means talk with your doctor.
The choice of medication will depend on many factors including diagnosis, medical history, age etc. Everyone is unique and responds differently to medication. What works for one person may not work for you or depending on your condition may not even be appropriate. Good luck.
