Tadalifil- Are cialis and adcirca essentially the same?

Yes, they both contain the active ingredient Tadalafil.
Cialis is currently marketed in pill form for treating erectile dysfunction.
Adcirca is marketed for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension.
They should not be interchanged.

No, not at all. Its the drug information and patient information that must be included with the medication. Obviously the information is different depending on what you are prescribed it for.
