Tacrolimus - hi!i wanna ask you about this medicine is it posible to develope one capsules from 1 mg

... in surange and give one half in the morning and one half in the evening because i can t find capsules from 0,5 mg in my country!and the dose is 0,5 in the morning and 0,5 mg in the evening!thanks

Yes you could do this. I would suggest taking the powder in some type of food eg. ice cream, mashed banana or bread instead of trying to dissove it in a liquid. Good luck.

I've been taking Tacrolimus for 5 tears now and have been told to absolutely not open those capsules. It loses it's strength. BTW if something goes wrong with the medication you wouldn't be covered.
