i take that combo but the atorvastatin at night and the fenofibrate in the morning. i take the fish oil twice a day.ive had no serious side effects to date but its been only two months with the atorvastatin. the drug interaction option found hear on drug.com warns against the combo but my doc says its worth the risk? good luck
