Symax SL - Doe's radiation therapy always affect a patients ability to SWALLOW. Help Plaese--Thank?

... I cannot swallow after my radiation and chemo treatments(laryngeal Cancer) is there a solution... Help Please

I have a very close friend that has gone through this very same thing and his doctor goes in and does a streching. At first it was done about once a month and after twice he now goes about once evry 6 months. He swallows now without much of a problem.
