Positive since 99, began fuzeon bid, reyetaz 200mg 2a 1hs (unboosted), viread 300mg qd in 04. developed abdm blisters in 010 from fuzeon. Now NP has put me on the above new meds begun 5 days ago. Side effects r very unusual tiredness, fatique, increased pain (joint, muscle, neuropathy) headache. 64 y/o male, hx 3 strokes, b/p (accupril 20mg qd). Live alone, disabled nurse. The NP that put me on these new meds, 1st time I saw her, my reg doc has had liver transplant & is out. I have no confidence built up for this NP. Had same doc throughout this dx. Doing reyetaz with food, intelence after food and isentress later. Increased pain? Listless? So soon after switching. I have heard nothing but good about these meds. I receive copay assist w/reyetaz (why I stayed with it), and now isentress. Applied for assist on intelence, Noticed increased pain in right upper quad, no yellowing of eyes but burning and lower back pain plus cramping in left thigh. What do I ask this NP or do next? Counts r 600cd4 and undetectable. ADVICE PLEASE.
Switching regimines: reyetaz 200, intelence 200, isentress 400 all bid?
