... experiencing dizziness. Would it be safe to treat her with dramamine along with plenty of fluids?

Sorry this question has taken so long to answer. Hopefully she is better now.
The dizziness was most likely a symptom of the flu.
Bed rest and fluids are the best treatments. I would not recommend dramamine.
