I have been in Laxepro for 4 weeks (5 mg) and it did not seem help. What options do I have?

Doctor suggested (1) continue to use Laxepro for two more weeks, (2) up to 10 mg, or (3) shift to Zoloft. She asked which option I like to consider. What are your thougths?

I've been taking 100 mg of Zoloft for the last 2 months (the first two weeks starting off at 50 mg)?

... and it took about 5 to 6 weeks for the 100 mg to fully kick in. My doctor upped my mg to 150 mg a few days ago. How long will it take for me to feel the effect of the 150 mg ?
