Xanax - Does anyone know the difference between alprazolam bars? One is white, other is yellow, both

... 2 mg, both codes begin with R, but with different numbers on them. One is R039, but I don't recall what the other numbers were, just that they started with R, also. Another question I have it: Does the 2 mg mean the entire bar or each section of the bar? Thanks for any info.

I've been drinking grapefruit juice for a year while taking xanax and didn't realize that I wasn't suppose to. Will this make the xanax more detectable in my urine as well as my bloodstream?

Are 2 mg green xanax stronger than than the 2mg white or yellow bars?

I take.25mg of xanax for anxiety. Is 3 hours a long enough time period to take another .25mg dose?

Sometimes my .25mg xanax seems to lose its effect after a few hours. My prescription bottle says to take it twice daily but it gives no information on how long to wait between the doses. I just want to make sure that taking another dose or even a half of a dose will not harm me if I need it.
