There is a customer who reported that her father was on tracheostomy tube and received expired Unasyn tablet 750 mg, 1x2 from the hospital (expiry date: 12-2010). The tables have turned into yellow with red spots. When it was grind, there was also bad smell. She is very worried whether there would be any harm to her father and would like to ask for safety information of Unasyn after expiry date. Could you please suggest any further?
