Tasigna Questions

Hello Everybody, I am on Tasigna for 8 months now. Two months ago my ribs started to ache awfully -?

... first in the left side and in the right. Painkillers do not do much. Does anybody know anything about such a pain ? Is there a chance to ever subside if at all? Thank you
