I have been gaining weight latley 20 pounds I take effexor lithium; burbar,sinemet,miralax?

i take pravastatin,cozaar,metfformin. i just started to take effexor 2 months ago i wants to figure out why i am gaining all this weight

Can taking prednisone cause cognitive changes, esp vivid dreams, memory problems?
