I had 2 Senna Tablets and its been nearly 24 hours I haven't been to the toilet?

Ate it a night went to sleep woke up had breakfast,lunch and now dinner. Still haven't been to the toilet.

Can cascara sagrada be effective as an enema? Or does it only work by the oral route?

I'm familiar with Senna and know that Senna works well as an enema. But I have not discovered any info regarding cascara for rectal route. Thank you.
