Senna Questions

Can cascara sagrada be effective as an enema? Or does it only work by the oral route?

I'm familiar with Senna and know that Senna works well as an enema. But I have not discovered any info regarding cascara for rectal route. Thank you.

What about oral contraceptive drugs, when I take it together with laxative drugs?

I am taking OC pill now and I have a lazy bowel symdrome so I take traditional senna leaf drugs as luxative. May I get pregnancy unfortunately? If that may be, how should I do?
