Regarding SED Rates?

I don't think I have ever seen this question. How come some DRs will say a SED rate of 65 way too high and another Dr will say its very normal. I have looked it up on different site and they all say normal for women is 0 - 20. I am steadily between mid 60s to mid 80s,depending on how i feel. Why would a primary care Dr see that as "too high" and a Rheumy Dr see that as no concern and normal. Thank you!

I know it has been transmitted by my mother and I was born with it but I was told that it was inactive all of my life therefore I was able to work in a kitchen. I have been vaccinated a lot...

I was just given Butrans 5mg for RA, and have never taken any painkillers before. I am very sleepy, kind of itchy all over and a bit loopy, but my pain is gone. Do these side effects decrease with time?

For the first time in years, I can sleep, stand and walk with minimal pain..so I am hopeful that I am just adjusting to the medication. Thanks!
