I started taking Prozac 10mg for a week and already starting to feel the benefits, I called my doctor and he told me to start on 10mg and if I felt ok then to bump up to 20mg, I took my first one yesterday and was fine all day, then my husband was talking to me and it was like my brain was in a fog and went blank, he thought I was ignoring him, is this normal and when will it pass and should I go back to my 10mg seeing as I was already feeling the benefits?

I was previously on Prozac but didn't think it was working after 2 years of taking it, I am still in a major despression to the point where it's crippling me, and has been crippling me since March of this year. What I want to know is could I stop taking the Wellbutrin immediately, or do I have to wean myself off? I don't know which drug to use, I've tried at least 7 of them already. Mental health needs to come out of the closet and society needs to be educated.

Can getting off Zoloft cause increases in B12, causing skin rashes?

My CP daughter is on Zoloft and Prozac and we're trying to get her off both. Her Dr. started taking her off Zoloft in one months time and she has become unstable and developed a severe skin rash. The Dr. determined it has caused a spike in B12 effecting the nerve endings thus causing the rash. One of the side effects of Prozac is skin rash, but no mention of this for Zoloft. We feel she is being over medicated.
Thanks for your reply

I have had a major major struggle with anxiety and depression for the past 2.5 years. Major anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, and so on. Finally in september of last year a doctor put me back on some...

Not so much when I sit up. I started taking the third Neurontin...

I have Bipolar and OCD. I have been basically been on everything. Zoloft, Epilim, Prozac, Lamictin, Toplep, Serequel, Wellbutrin, Risperdil etc. I can't even remember everything. Lamictin worked the best for me until I sensed that I have memory loss episodes. I'm an ICU PN an cannot have episodes like that, so I stopped it, but since then nothing else worked. Could it maybe have not been the Lamictin and rather something else?
