Permethrin - I used permethin lotion 1% to kill lice. When I was combing with nit comb I found live?

... lice, is this ineffective ? Does it work after the cream is rinsed out or do I need to treat with something else ?

Has anyone used permethrin while breastfeeding, or know if its safe?

Ive been prescribed permethrin to treat scabies, its the same active ingredient as Nix lice med. Everything I've read online is pretty controversial about it! I dont know what to do!
