How many times can treatments of Hyalgan be repeated?
I had a series of 5 Hyalgan shots 1.5 years ago and 7 months ago. Spectacular results, starting to have pain again. How many times can I have the treatments?

Is physical therapy to the knees before the injection plus one or two times a week necessary ?
A friend is getting the Hyalgen injections with no physical therapy involved prior to the injections or afterward !
