What foods should I avoid while taking Feosol?

Feosol 65 mg. of elemental iron is being taken twice a day after meals for low red blood cell count.

I have been prescribed Ferrous Sulfate 325 mg. I have Feosol 45 mg?

Can I just take 7 pills of the 45 mg to get the same dose or is there a difference in the make up of the meds that would make this not ok

Was put on cipro 500 mg, flagyl 500 mg plus lortab 5 valium. feosol for iron pt has cold spells?

pt has extream cold spells and then hot spells. are the meds to much at once? and very achy
