I have had oral surgery for implants. I am a diabetic, have coronary disease and a cancer survivor. The doctor did two out of four implants because of possible bleeding. He gave me the clindamycin to take for 7 days following surgery to prevent infection.

Three days later I have a severe neck pain and headache that nothing will help. I have tried ice now heat for almost 24 hours. I still have no relief.
