I intend to know if anyone has or had experience on these BPH Medications, combined or isolated as shown, for how long, results, and which had the least side effects, given the aggressiveness of each constituent per se. The main purpose is to counter both the micturition problem and prostate gland growth, with the least possible side effects.

I have symptoms of BPH: slowed or delayed start to urinating (particularly at night), weak flow of urine, dribbling of urine after finishing, feeling that the bladder is not completely emptied after urinating. Pain and/or burning sensation while urinating are NOT part of my symptoms. I'm wondering if an alpha-blocker (e.g., generic "doxazosin") is a better choice to treat my condition.
