Still struggling with Buspar, Amitriptyline and Guanfacine?

It has been 22 days on Buspar 3 times a day 10 mg (total 30 mg), Amitrip (Elavil) 10 mg and Guanfacine 1mg PM. Anxiety and depression always at a low level, but still present. Chronic fatigue, body feels heavy all the time. Only sleeping 4 hours due to bad nocturnal anxiety but no more night terrors.
Not sure what to ask my pdoc for?? Increase doses, decrease doses, get off one or all or try something else? Have an appointment in two days.
Can not handle the fatigue and lack of sleep much...

I'm afraid of the side effects of Cymbalta-there are so many-is it as safe as the other meds?

I have been diagnosed with anxiety, recently. I should have had medication 15 years ago, so I am way low on neurotransmitters-like a car needing oil.
Ciprolex(taken for 3 weeks) and Citalipram,20 mg.
taking for 3 weeks now, makes me shakey and trembling. I was doing well, for the first month on these but am backsliding. I don't feel as well-I force myself to do ordinary chores. Does this mean I need more or a change of medication?

A dr. I went to see wants to switch me from cymbalta to Effexor. In order to do so, she wants me to take 30mg of cymbalta along with 37.5mg of Effexor for one week and after one week take two 37.5mg of Effexor. I haven't done this bc I'm scared too. Quick overview: I have dealt with strong anxiety and obsessive thoughts about sleep since an incident in 2002.
