I was taking 30 mg imdur in the am and felt weak most of the morn., was also having angina at nite?

so we added 30 mg imdur in the evening. that did not help the Dr. increased it to 60mg in the evening..now am really weak and have trouble breathing.should i go back to 30mg at nite?
