Does your company help with meds when someone can't afford them, like Pfizer does?

I was just prescribed Diltiaz ER for Angina and it is expensive. I have no insurance and no job and need help with this. I also get meds from Pfizer right now.

I have been taking Ranexa for a couple of years. Took 500 then uped to 1000 mg twice a day. Good?
