Supervised Urine Tests?

I have had to do urine screens for at least 8yrs now out of the 11yrs with RSD. I have never had to do one supervised however. I also remember your question from last time. I know it is a real medical condition called "shy bladder" where people can't even go at the doctor's office or in a cup. My Grandma who is almost 88 with Alzheimer's can't even do it even when I brought the cup home before the appt for a UTI test.
I hate having to take my own medication for pain and being in the pain I'm in to begin with so I do understand where you are coming from.

I guess this world has gotten so bad thanks to the abusers/drug seekers that we, the true chronic pain patients are left with "Nazi style" pain management as I've been through Hell at a clinic that finally got shut down by the DEA and local law. Every time I went there I saw drug seekers that were so obvious yet I was the one treated like the drug seeker for almost 2yrs passing every test I had in over 8yrs there.
Last year a doctor I'd never seen before in my life ripped up my scripts that I had been on and taking responsibly for 10yrs then telling me I didn't have a disease that was proven by 2 doctors and many tests early on. I asked him (politely believe it or not) if he would at least examine me, run any tests known to man, look at my medical records that dated back to the date of the accident that caused this horrible disease. He refused, I fired him only to find out he "owned" this pain clinic and after that I refused to take my own medication back for over 3 months.
I only realized I was hurting myself and in so much more pain. Like you, all I wanted was enough quality in my life to do housework, help my family out, go to church even. I lost all of that and more when I refused my own medication back.
I finally took it back from the regular doctor I saw there and kept looking for a new doctor until I found my 1st pain doctor ever this year before the old place got shut down for that same "mystery" doctor who was charged in the OD deaths of 5 of his patients, re-used needles on at least 150 patients, and was caught trading narcotic scripts for unnecessary procedures. I found all this out when it aired on the local news. I'm sure the county I live in has all my medical records as I called the pain doctor's office to have them sent to my new doctor (1st one) who told me he didn't even want their records.
If asked, I would do anything to help prosecute these people.
I agree that the treatment you are getting sucks. I understand. I just want you to think about your needs over what they are doing. I honestly don't want you to go through what I did; horrible withdrawals and pain that took me to my knees not being able to do any of the things that took me the right medications and so many years to do at all. I was bedridden and scared my family to death.
I hate to ask this of you but please consider your own well being over their actions that are not good for you as a patient and look for another doctor.
My 1st pain doctor told me I had no business only needing medication management staying in a pain management facility any longer and helped me get an internal medicine doctor who has taken over writing my scripts and also now takes care of all my health needs which I know were mostly ignored due to having to go to a pain clinic every 28 days.
