I have an 11yo that periodically takes ddavp. He is currently on Sulfamethoxazole. Can he safely take both?

Yes, it should be fine to take Sulfamethoxazole/Trimethorpim and DDAVP (desmopressin) together.
There are no known interactions between these medicines. However, this does not necessarily mean no interactions exist. See your doctor if he has any bothersome symptoms.
