I got prescribed Clenia Foaming Wash, but I haven't noticed the "foaming action". It's consistency is foamless, roughly comparable to a proactiv wash. Is that normal?

According to the clenia.com website, sounds like you need to do the foaming bit yourself...
"... Wash affected areas once or twice daily or as directed by a physician. Wet skin, apply liberally, and massage gently into skin for 10 to 20 seconds working into a full lather. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry. If drying occurs, reduce cleansing time by rinsing the product off sooner or use less often... "
