... my risks of side effects?

I had an ectopic pregnancy 40 yrs ago, then the only option was surgery. With a short, there could be some almost immediate side effects, such as nausea, dizziness and diarrhea. Methotrexate can cause more serious side effects, but I doubt one shot would do it. Even if you'd need a second shot, I'd think you'd be ok.

I have been diagnosed with RA and prescribed Methotrexate. I haven't taken any yet, but from what I've read, nausea is a common side effect.
