you are going to destroy your liver. choose allegra OR sudafed and follow the instructions. by taking both you have built up a tolerance so that they don't work, and it is dangerous to your liver and heart. you could have a heart attack from overdose!
If your allergies are that bad, you need allergy shots (from a certified allergist), and you need to redo your life so that you are not around the things you are allergic to.
