Sudafed PE Severe Cold - How many pills do I take at one time & how often may I take this?

Sudafed PE Severe Cold contains:
* acetaminophen 325 mg (pain/fever reducer)
* diphenhydramine 12.5 mg (antihistamine/cough suppressant)
* phenylephrine 5 mg (nasal decongestant)

Adults and children over 12 years should take:
2 caplets every four hours (no more than 12 caplets in 24 hours)

Children 6 to under 12 years of age should take:
1 caplet every four hours (no more than 5 caplets in 24 hours)
