It's been awhile since I've been on here last time was when I was trying to stop taking subs for the first time! I got some great advice and because of it did not try to stop at 2mg. I've attempted to stop again but and really struggeling! I'm now taking about 1mg every 48 hours or so... I tried to stop and have gotten bad withdraw again! If anyone knows a good taper plan or way to cut or break the subs to better know how much I'm taking please let me know! Thanks and god bless!
