Which over-the-counter cough reliefs are safe to use with Cozaar (Losartan Potassium 50 mg.) ? I have a persistent dry cough which is very annoying!

One of the meds in the cough syrup (diphenhydramine) might react to Cozaar (Lostaran). Please be advised to avoid rising abruptly from a sitting or recumbent position and to notify your physician if you experience dizziness, lightheadedness, syncope, orthostasis, or tachycardia.
