... no fatigue - more focused but tend to buy things impulsively more than I did. I also have noticed that I am taking more than I originally did - by 1/2 a pill but still... usually have a slow heart rate but now I can feel it going faster which I don't mind - but just lately a little more worried about the cardiac effects. My Dr. prescribed this rather than an adderal or concerta because it's so much cheaper and basically said they were the same... I would love input on this since I don't like to share that I'm taking this med with too many people! I also am on zoloft 100mg at night. What is a 'normal' dose of the dextrostat? Does it keep going up?
