Hi everyone! Wanted to pick your brains and see if it would be okay to take pills in the morning. Just started taking them last night about 7:00 p.m. and I was up all night. Would it be okay to take in the morning? How about two doses at once? Have 300 mg pills at 0.3% Hypericin= 0.9 mg). Thanks for all your help. Can you take Benedryll with it?

The last medication I took was 10mg of Celexa once a day and that was over a year ago. Was feeling anxious and depressed. Recommeded this by a friend.

It will not matter what time of day you take St Johns Wort - whatever works best for you. That said, you should follow the instructions. If the instructions say twice a day you should take it twice a day, night and morning; if they say once OR twice daily just try taking it in the morning.
It is probably not a good idea to take Benadryl along with St John's Wort. This is because the side effects are possibly additive eg. drowsiness, impaired reactions, slurred speech, dizziness etc.
