Spectazole (ECONAZOLE) is an antifungal medicine. It is used to treat certain kinds of fungal or yeast infections of the skin. It does no indicate to be a steroid; did you check with your pharmacist/doc.? Seems a fairly safe medication, however it would be best if you spoke to your doc./pharmacist, hope this helps?
