Sparfloxacin has been withdrawn from the U.S. market.so what is the main cause?

Zagam (sparfloxacin) was approved in the United States in December 1996 and it was withdrawn from market just over four years later.

Safety issues concerning Zagam included some reports of QT prolongation and a 7.9% incidence of phototoxicity.
