is it safe to take zithormax 250mg e capsules at a time for 3 days?im 24yr old female and i weigh 41kg

The recommended Zithromax dosage for most types of common bacterial infections is 250 mg or 500 mg once daily for three to five days. For chronic or more serious infections, the doc may continue treatment for an extended period.
However, would recommend that you do also talk to the doc who precribed the med.
