It will depend on the persons age, weight, medical history and other medications they are on... Standard adult dosage is 50mg (either in 2 tablets if taking original tabs, and 1 tablet if taking extra strength). Maximum dose in 24 hours is 300mg. Can be taken for help with sleep or motion sickness
