Yes many thanks . Today is a happy day for me - I was walking and i could actually sing while im walking. Its a 50% improvement from Monday when i can barely walk a block. I am now in a process of changing my diet. i tried to eat a cookie (yes 1 piece) and i ended up with heartburn and gas. Nasty yeasts :( . So yes I guess my take to claim the strength back and keep it is prevention. Thanks for all your help. I am glad i found this site!

You bet. I am the type of person where i dont really pay attention if im not so well like if im tired or sluggish - i could start my day sleepy and when im at work i forget that im sick or dizzy or with a headache. - i had been sick for 6 weeks already- started with just a sneeze and i would never touch an antibiotic because i cannot really say that im allergic to it because there were couple times it healed me but there were occasions it felt like it made me worse. But i had to go take antibiotic because i developed a fever and yes ended up with nasty yeast. Id say experience is a great teacher. And it does help that we share based on our experience. well I had a complete blood work done about a month ago before i had the problem (except for diabetes as no one in my family have it ) . everything was normal .

Hi. Check to see if they ran the thyroid. That isn't always part of the panel. Depends which panels were run. Quick call to the doc's nurse will get you that info, I would think.

I also focus strongly and don't notice my body until I move. The thing is, if you do get up once an hour to get some water, look out a window or something, your body will be less stressed and you won't be so fatigued. See if that might help at work.

As far as diabetes is concerned, unless your weight is right where it should be and you get exercise, you may become a candidate for diabetes. Late onset diabetes does not run in families. This is called Type II. But your blood panel would have your sugars and the doc would have mentioned it if you had any question of raised sugars.glad you are doing well in that category.
