I went to a dermatologist today for the first time. I'm a 23 yr old female, with oily skin. My skin is for the most part okay. Never been perfect but reasonably clear for the most part.. but i do get a zit or two here and there and sometimes I get cystic acne on my chin. I went to the dermatologist today cause this time i had a few bad ones and was tired of it. She proscribed me solodyn and ziana... I came home and did some research on them and found that the reviews for both of these were mostly bad... my biggest concern is that it'll make things worse before better... I'm also concerned that once i stop using them it'll just come right back... all in all, i'm just not sure if it's really worth it all. any opinions? i'd like to also hear if anyone else is in a similar situation or have had experiences with these?
