I'm sorry ... so you are not constipated (or you are passing motions normally) and would like to know what to use so that you don't have to go. I'm sorry but there isn't anything indicated to constipate you if you are having normal bowel motions.
You should only use medicine to stop you from going, if you have diarrhea.
