The pill is small, white, chalky, round, has a capital "N" imprinted on one side and a number "10" on the other side. I'm from canada too if that helps at all. Thanks.

Its hard to say what it is exactly without a picture, but believe it or not, the Canadian company "Novopharm" makes 4 white round tablets (9 total of round, oval, barrel shaped, or diamond shaped whiote tablets) with the same imprints! U can go to their website http://www.novopharm.com/Products/AdvancedSearch.aspx?act=search&term=medroxyprog to find out exactly what you have. It could be Buspirone HCL, Clobazam, Fosinopril sodium, Medroxyprogesterone acetate, Leflunomide, Alendronate sodium, Ketorolac Tromethamine, Domperidone Maleate, or Tamoxifen Citrate (I included all shapes of white tablets with that imprint). All dosages are 10mg of that drug. I hope this helps.
